My delivery

Interior Design makes custom-made products to offer its customers unique designs, quality and solid. Each of our pieces are assembled and made ​​by hand, which requires a delivery time of approximately 8 to 10 weeks to your order. Carrier will call to set a date and a delivery schedule.

Deliveries are made to the address specified in the order that can only be in the area agreed. In case of damage, the complaint must be made ​​with the carrier within three (3) days of receipt. Delivery times are indicative only. If they exceed thirty (30) days the period of initial delivery, the contract may be terminated. FYI, we remember the period of our products before delivery: 8-10 weeks.


The appointment / DELIVERY

The transport company mandated by “Interior Design” would contact the customer to arrange one or two delivery dates. To honor our time, in the best conditions, the customer must provide the following information, the number of the street, postal code, city, No. Building, No. stairs, passcode door and mobile phone. After ten (10) days without evidence of the customer, the company “Interior Design” reserves the right to charge storage costs to the customer.

  The course / DELIVERY

Our deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 9 am to 18:30 accorded to “Interior Design” carrier. The carrier will contact the customer to agree on a date and time of delivery. The parcel will be taken at the foot of the truck. The client supports the foot truck handling inside his home. This service is not included. Before signing the delivery document of the goods, the customer must carefully check the condition of the goods and the number of packages. If the goods are damaged, the customer must refuse delivery and justifying the return. No claims will be accepted after the signing of the said document.
